Governing Documents
As required by Texas State Law we provide the most recent copy of our “Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions” and “Bylaws” must be posted to our Public Website.
The Documents provided on our site are a searchable, however these copies are only provided as a courtesy and convenience to Owners. The legally filed copy of the document’s are those filed with Burnet County and copies provided on this website are for reference only and it is the responsibility of any party to refer to the legally filed copy.

Note: The Burnet County file is not searchable due to their process of not yet being able to take digital copies and file into the public record.

Instructions for navigating their site:
- Click on Search Real Estate Index
- Under Party Name input "Ranches at Canyon Creek"
- Review the list of documents for Document Type: Restrictions, and observe the DATE FILED field and choose the latest date available.
- Click on View on the document needed
- This will open the document that is filed with Burnet County
- This is the Official Copy, which can be downloaded or purchased through the Burnet County Clerk System
The Association provides downloadable copies of the documents as required by State Law. The documents below are searchable and may or may not contain the filing information with Burnet County. The Association has made their best effort to provide these identical copies for convenience but it shall be known that legally filed copies with Burnet County are to be considered the ruling document.
